Nov. 24, 2014 (Monday): AEE-LI Chapter Meeting – Mark Thomson of ThinkEco on WiFi Device Demand Response

At the Long Island Chapter of the Association of Energy Engineers meeting, Monday, November 24, 2014 at 7 pm, we welcomed Mark Thomson, Senior Executive, Business Development for ThinkEco, Inc.

Mark W. Thomson has over 10 years of experience in promoting energy efficiency and demand response, including program strategy, design, vendor management and customer care, having held key positions in both the utility and vendor sectors. His experience encompasses technology, markets, and regulation and is an expert on demand response in the Northeast and in Texas, enrolling customers with New York ISO, PJM, NYSERDA, NYPA, and Con Edison.  Since joining ThinkEco, he has been promoting efficiency and demand response in the rapidly evolving intelligent connected device and smart grid environment.  Mr. Thomson has a Master’s Degree in Energy Economics from the University of Texas, Austin and is currently a guest lecturer at Stevens Institute of Technology and Association of Energy Engineers member.  For more info, see www.thinkeco.com
