The Annual NYIT Energy Conference: Preparing for Climate Change was held Thursday, June 13, 2013 at NYIT de Seversky Mansion Northern Boulevard, Old Westbury, NY 11568 After Superstorm Sandy, attention has shifted from questioning if climate change is real to how can metropolitan communities prepare for more extreme storms and weather events? The Annual NYIT Energy Conference looked at preparing for climate change with special attention to energy storage, emergency services, and developing resilient infrastructure.
